Cirrus Service Center of the Quarter, Q4 2007

We are proud that Cirrus awarded Advanced Aircraft Center the Service Center of the Quarter award for the fourth quarter of 2007. Sherri Edberg, Coordinator, Field Support Services at Cirrus sent us this email:

In 2006, Cirrus launched a Service Center Development Program. During the past two years, our Regional Field Service Managers have completed audits on service center facilities, we have evaluated our service centers on Cirrus brand identity, efficient use of business systems, and commitment to continuous improvement through quality and learning. As well, customer comments and input from other departments at Cirrus that interface with Service Centers were used to develop an overall performance rating.

I would like to extend my congratulations to you all for being selected by Cirrus as the Service Center of the Quarter in Q4-2007. Your selection recognizes your excellence and effort put forth.

A recognition award will be presented to you in the coming weeks. Cirrus will recognize your achievements in Cirrus owner and service center websites and newsletters. Also, your name will be added to our "Service Center Recognition Award Plaque" that hangs in the lobby of our Customer Building.
